Watch/Clock-Cleaning  products  free  of  CKW  and  FCKW,  compatible with each other.

Cleaning  of   assembled  and  disassembled  clock works

water-free  procedure:
  1. clean with  Platina wf 1  in  vibration-, rotation-, immersion-, or ultrasonic procedure,  approx. 3 minutes
  2. rinse with  Platina wf 2,  approx. 3 minutes
  3. rinse again  with  Platina wf 2,  approx. 3 minutes
  4. dry

aqueous  procedure:
  1. prepare  5%  Platina 1:20  solution  (50 ml  on  1 Lt.  tap water)  in  vibration-, rotation-, immersion-, or ultrasonic procedure 

    2. approx. 9 minutes 
  2. rinse with distilled water,  approx. 3 minutes
  3. rinse again  with  Platina wf 2,  in order to remove water,  approx. 3 minutes.
  4. dry
Cleaning  of  large  clocks

water-free  procedure:
  1. clean with  Platina wf 1  in  vibration-, rotation-, immersion-, or ultrasonic procedure,  approx. 9 minutes.
  2. rinse with  Platina wf 2,  approx. 3 minutes
  3. dryi

aqueous  procedure:
  1. prepare  1% - 10%  Platina 1:20  solution   (e.g., 10% solution  =  100 ml  Platina 1:20  on  1 Ltr. tap water)  in  vibration-, rotation-, immersion-, or ultrasonic procedure,  approx. 9 minutes 
  2. rinse with warm tap water,  approx. 3 minutes
  3. rinse with distilled water,  approx. 3 minutes
  4. dry
Platina wf 2  is suitable as rinsing solution for the aqueous and water-free procedures.
